The Cleaning Lady | Framed Art Print

An antique postcard found in a Paris passageway brought this woman’s working day into my studio. This framed print reproduces my mixed-media reconstruction of a cleaning lady in colonial India, reimagined through color and texture. The image connects its subject, photographer, postcard correspondents, artist, and viewer: different lives meeting across a single moment.

Reproduced from an original artwork by Satish Prabhu. The artwork is artist-created, not AI-generated.
