This painting is a unique combination of two of my most admired artists. Vangogh and Matisse. Many years before visiting Tangiers and following the footsteps of Matisse, I reconstructed a painting which is a combination of Tangiers and Vangogh's Yellow house. 

Many years later I was able visit Tangiers and actually walk the footsteps of Matisse. 

I still have to visit the Yellow house in Arles.
